Special Learning Center’s annual Capital City Cook-Off is back and bigger than ever. This event brings together talented grill masters from across the region, all vying for the title of “Best Ribs in Town.” Join us for a day filled with sizzling ribs, community spirit, and a whole lot of fun—all for a great cause!
