It’s your LAST CHANCE to get qualified–We’ll draw the final 4 qualifiers at 11 am who register between 10 am-11 am….. Then at 11:15, we’ll begin the reverse drawing and the last person standing wins the whole prize package! MUST be present to win, no substitutions.

Hot Tub:
*Delivery of Hot tub, cover lift, stairs, and disconnect box loading is included (if a crane or lull is required that will be an additional cost to the winner)
*winner is responsible for any/all plumbing and electrical work for hot tub installation, as well as providing a concrete pad or placement for set up.
Landscaping:
*$10,000 landscaping prize has no actual cash value-if all $10k isn’t used by the winner, and there is no refund of the difference. Any cost over and above the $10k prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible to obtain any and all work permits before work begins and the cost for said permits is not included in the $10k prize.
