In addition to the regular contest rules, these additional rules apply to this contest:
Hot Tub:
*Delivery of Hot tub, cover lift, stairs, and disconnect box loading is included (if a crane or lull is required that will be an additional cost to the winner)
*The winner is responsible for any/all plumbing and electrical work for hot tub installation, as well as providing a concrete pad or placement for set up.
Patio Furniture:
*No special order will be accepted. The winner will have the choice between what the sponsor has on hand at the time of delivery.
Landscaping:
*The $10,000 landscaping prize has no actual cash value. If all $10k isn’t used by the winner, and there is no refund of the difference. Any cost over and above the $10k prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for obtaining any and all work permits before work begins and the cost for said permits is not included in the $10k prize.
