Wednesday, March 20th: Women’s Symposium – Investing In HER – Managing The Journey
The Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce presents the 2024 Women’s Symposium at the Capital Bluffs Event Center on Wednesday, March 20th from 8:15am-5pm. Chamber Members: $95/ticket or Office Pack of 3 for $250 and Non-Members: $115/ticket. For details and to purchase tickets, click here.

Saturday, March 23rd: 2024 Churchill Fellows Luncheon & Lecture
Join America’s National Churchill Museum on the campus of Westminster College in Fulton on Saturday, March 23rd at 12:30pm for the 2024 Churchill Fellows Luncheon and Enid and R. Monday, March 25th: Capital Arts Trivia Night At Last Flight
Test your smarts with Capital Arts on Monday, March 25th at 6pm! They are teaming up with Last Flight Brewing Company to bring you a night of fun-filled trivia, auction items, wine and beer (available for purchase from Last Flight) and more! All proceeds raised, including 10% of the evenings sales, to benefit Capital Arts and help us continue to Encourage, Promote, and Support THE ARTS in our community. Saturday, March 30th: 37th Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Jefferson City Jaycees and JC Parks are hosting the 37th Annual Easter Egg Hunt for children up to 9 years old. On Saturday, March 30th at 11am in Memorial Park. $1 entry fee, with all proceeds going to benefit local community charities. Participants will be divided into age groups and the park will be divided into four sections. Parents are permitted in the 3 and under section.

Saturday, April 6th: Historical Society of Maries County Spring Fling Craft and Vendor Show
The Historical Society of Maries County Spring Fling Craft and Vendor show will be held on Saturday, April 6th in the Knights of Columbus Hall from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. There will be more than 50 local vendors with homemade crafts and gourmet treats and aftermarket products. The Welschmeyer Family Relay for Life Team will serve home cooking for breakfast & lunch. This is a fundraising event for the Historical Society of Maries County.

Friday, April 12th: Rise Up Foundation Reveal The Teal Brunch
Join the Rise Up Foundation for the Reveal The Teal Brunch at the McClung Park Indoor Pavilion on Friday, April 12th from 10am – noon. Supporting sexual assault survivors during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, this event will be filled with delicious food, great company, and a whole lot of fun raising funds for victims advocacy. Get ready to indulge in a mouthwatering spread while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of McClung Park. Thursday, April 25th: Dog Days at the Diamonds
Get ready to raise the woof at the Dog Day at the Diamonds on Thursday, April 25 from 5:00-7:00pm! This dog event does allow humans. Bring your furry friend to the 63 Diamonds Ballfield Complex for a fun-time with live music, vendors, food trucks, games, and more! Cost is $5 per person. There will be off-leash opportunities inside the ballfield for your pups to play.

Monday, April 29th: JCHS Track & Field Trivia Night
Love trivia? Form a team and head to Last Flight on Monday, April 29th at 6pm to support the JCHS Track & Field athletes! Teams or play solo, whatever works best for you! Tickets are $25 a person and due at time of registration. Have someone decide to join in last minute? Additional tickets may be purchased at the door for $35. Thursday, May 16th: 3rd Annual JCMO Police Foundation Awards Banquet
Dress in your best and honor some of Jefferson City’s finest at the 3rd annual Jefferson City Missouri Police Foundation Awards Banquet and Police Officer’s Ball on Thursday, May 16th at Capital Bluffs Event Center starting at 5pm. Thursday, June 6th: CMFCAA Backyard BBQ Bash
Central Missouri Foster Care and Adoption Association invite you to join them for their Backyard BBQ Bash! The fun takes place Thursday, June 6th at the Millbottom, starting at 5:30pm. The event will be fun for the whole community but also essential for CMFCAA to continue to provide critical services and resources to vulnerable foster, adoptive, and kinship children, youth, and families. They will have music, a unique variation on the standard whiskey/wine pull, a live band, fun party games, great food, and more! For tickets click here.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jefferson City
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jefferson City requires mentors, especially male role models. They have two different types of mentoring programs. The organization is looking for individuals who can be consistent friends to a child.  You can learn more and sign up to become a mentor by going online to bbbsjeffersoncity.org.

The Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri relies heavily on donations and volunteers to operate efficiently.
