Friday, August 9th: Big Brothers Big Sister of Jefferson City 30th Annual Golf Tournament
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jefferson City is proud to host their 30th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, August 9th at Oak Hills Golf Center. Registration and lunch is at noon with shotgun tee-off at 1pm. Registration is $125 a player or $500 a team. Enjoy lunch, drinks and prizes. Tuesday, August 13: Healthy Living Forum
Join SSM Health for the Healthy Living Forum at Capitol Plaza Hotel on Tuesday, August 13th. The event will offer vital information for living life to the fullest after age 50. Experts will cover topics like health and wellness, volunteering, travel and more. Admission is $25 per person. Friday, September 13th: Common Ground Community Building Trivia Night

Tease you brain and support your neighbors in need. Join Common Ground on Friday, September 13th at First United Methodist Church for a fun night of trivia. Registration is at 5:30 pm with trivia starting at 6:30 pm. Cost is $25 a person or $200 for teams of 8. Cost includes light refreshments. Be sure to represent your favorite movie as your team theme! Thursday, October 24th: Rape & Abuse Crisis Service 3rd Annual Masquerade Gala

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jefferson City
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jefferson City requires mentors, especially male role models. They have two different types of mentoring programs. The Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri relies heavily on donations and volunteers to operate efficiently. Through their partnership with Feeding America and local organizations, The Food Bank has incredible bulk purchasing power so they can do more with every dollar donated.
