Think you could bring Dolly to life on stage?
Dolly Parton posted to Instagram on Thursday, December 5th to announce that a nationwide casting search is underway to find someone to play her in the upcoming Broadway production of Dolly: An Original Musical.
Dolly, along with her manager Danny Nozell and ATG Productions, are actively looking for someone to portray Dolly in the show, which was originally titled Hello, I’m Dolly. The musical will capture memorable moments from her life and music career, with Dolly personally encouraging performers of all ages to audition for the chance to “capture the spirit” of her journey from the hollers of East Tennessee to worldwide superstardom.
