The Cole County Sheriff’s Department is inviting kids to a special day of fishing and fun at Cops and Bobbers – Saturday, April 11th at 9 AM at County Park in Jefferson City.
This free event is open to children 6 to 17 and is designed to build positive connections between local law enforcement and youth in our community. Kids will learn the basics of fishing while being paired with a local law enforcement officer for a fun, educational, and memorable experience.
All fishing equipment, including poles and bait, will be provided, and lunch will be served. Reservations are required, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited.
