It promises to be a big party in Frisco, Texas!
Blake Shelton, Eric Church, and Lainey Wilson are the first performers announced for the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards, taking place on May 8 at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, and will be hosted by country legend Reba McEntire.
Blake will perform his current Top 20 hit, “Texas” from his upcoming album, For Recreational Use Only, which is due out the day after the awards show. Eric will showcase new music from his forthcoming album, Evangeline Vs. The Machine, released a week prior to the ACMs. Lainey, who was last year’s Entertainer of the Year, will be riding high on the success of her 2024 album, Whirlwind, which reached No. 3 on Top Country Albums and No. 8 on the Billboard 200.
Nominations for the 2025 ACM Awards will be revealed on March 27, with additional performers and presenter announcements to come. The awards show will stream live exclusively on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch.
