Meet Shelby, a 3-month-old domestic short haired spayed female cat.
The Jefferson City Animal Shelter staff said Shelby was brought to the shelter as a stray, so little is known about her. She has been very scared and shy while at the shelter therefore is being adopted out from the back. If interested in seeing her, please ask shelter staff at front desk to meet her. More than likely you will NOT be able to handle her while here at the shelter.
